This is a children's poetry book for 7 yrs upwards.

 There are 78 poems, 26 or which have been illustrated by original water colour pictures by
 artist David S Earnshaw - the eldest brother of Dr Audrey Coatesworth.
 The poems covering many issues of childhood - all are in rhyming verse and many are
  metaphorical stories.
 All the poems have a message about life - sometimes obvious,sometimes needing a little
 thought, but each emphasises the importance of a quality such as love, kindness, caring,
  effort and determination - ie those qualities that lead to a happy and fulfilled adult life.
 
 The poems have all been written by Dr Audrey Coatesworth -a retired Consultant
  Psychiatrist who specialised in psychotherapy.
